	For the confirmation of your reservation we ask a deposit of 25 % of the total amount with the minimum of 1 night and at arrival balance of the remaining amount.
	In case of cancellation less then 1 month before the day of arrival, there will be no refund of your deposit.
	We can accept small dogs in room Ellen and the apartment Oriental if you bring your own basket and blanket for your dog.
	Swimmingpool hours : between 9.00 and 22.00
	Arrival: after 14.00 /Departure: before 12.00. You can arrive more early but your rom may not be ready. You can leave your luggage and stay in the garden or go to visit old Nice f.e.
